Best place in Hull to pick up magazines, and you can often pick up a good book bargain or two.
Also contains the main city centre Post Office.

Good selection of books and stationary which is great, but its a little overpriced and the ques can be lengthy at times. Great range of childrens books.

A little pricier than record shops for cds and dvds, but stilla good place to pick up a book bargain. The selection of magazines is quite poor with limited specialist publications.
The store has shrunk by 1/4 since the Post Office rented out space.
Does have an excellent array of children’s stationary for school.

This has now grown in size due to the adding of a post office which for those not wanting to go far from town centre is great.They now even sell mobile phones along with the usual papers,magazines,sweets,drinks etc.Also you can now buy your music,dvd & video games here often at a cheaper price as they are often having really good deals/sales
They also have all the latest best selling books & you know if you can’t get it anywhere else wh smiths will have it for sure.
This branch of wh smiths can be found inside the prospect centre roughly in the middle
Cards for birthdays etc can also be bought here along with diaries,note books etc all at good low prices
