Norwood Junction Railway Station

I was surprised when I first saw this station, it is quite small. I expect it to be much bigger considering that most trains going to the South pass through this station.

There is a small coffee shop inside the station and two ticket machines, one outside and another inside. There are also two ticket booths inside should you need further assistance. They have installed new ticket barriers and if you were thinking of jumping over the barriers, think again because they have someone standing there most of the time.

They close the barrier ticket office late at night and open a side door for people to exit the platform, defeats the purpose completely but I suppose it is better than them wrecking the place. Norwood Junction is not the most exciting of train stations but it does the trick.
