Review of Britannia Building Society from 20 January 2009

This is a quaint building society in traditional premises on the Main High Street of Chipping Sodbury. Parking is available on the HIgh Street right outside. This is a small branch and you only need 2/3 people in front of you for it to feel like a queue. There are two till positions and the ladies are really warm and welcoming, again, though, due to space restrictions it is very difficult not to eavesdrop on the customer in fronts transaction. I have always felt that I have received a really personal service, the staff go out of their way to be pleasant and to assist you in your dealings with the society. Really good customer service.
