I have been to the social a couple of times for lunch but I have been disappointed on every occasion. Even though we were pretty much the only people in the restaurant, the service was extremely slow. After we ordered the food, it took so long to come that we were considering leaving. When the food did arrive, one of the dishes was missing. Very disappointing. Only go there if you are prepared to wait!

Often visit for after work drinks or weekday lunches. Food is good value for money, and drinks offers are really good. management are friendly and bonus for us is that its baby friendly- you can have a drink (withouth meal) until 8pm every night which is great!
