The Windsor Hotel

This is not a pub for the faint hearted. Most nights you will find the locals to be friendly (maybe a little too friendly) but if you keep to the 'back bar’ entered on the corner of the building then you will find a nice place to have a couple of games of pool and listen to some good music on the jukebox. They have recently updated their menu which is served through the day and the offerings sound quite appealing and are resonably priced (although I have yet to try any).
Overall this could be a great pub in the right hans and with a bit of money spent on it but at present is a perfectly good place for a beer. There are stories about the place being a hive of drugs and knife fights but I have never seem any problems there myself. Has the local nickname of 'The Zoo’
