Michelangelo Italian

Went here with my partner and kids, and wasn`t impressed. The setting isn`t the best, on a busy road, and it isn`t as big inside as the picture on the website suggests. The food was average, and to be perfectly honest, the spag bol didn`t taste any better than a Morrisons ready meal. Puddings were ok. Wouldn`t go again...

Although out of town, this restaurant is walking distance from the nearby Haven holiday park and is a 5 minute bus ride from the town centre. It also has a small car parking area. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is excellent, especially from Mikey himself who brings a personal touch to the evening. The food itself is typical Italian - pizza and pasta, but the value is good and it is a better option for a more pleasant night out that the rather boring standard alternatives of Bella Italia and Pizza Hut. I would say it is very good value for money. Definitely recommended.
