Esporta Health & Fitness Clubs

Although Esporta Health and Fitness is probably the most expensive gym in the area, I think it is also the best. The facilities are really good - the gym is spacious and well equipped, with wide screen TVs, water fountains, masses of equipment, free weights and a lifting area, as well as a stretching area with mats, balls and benches. The pool is lovely and frequently almost empty if you visit during the day. The pool area also has a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, as well as a kids pool. Two lanes in the main ppol are closed off for people swimming lengths and the rest is available for kids and families. There is an adults lounge, a bar and restaurant and rooms for parties and classes, as well as extensive provision for children, including a play area and creche. There are regular social events and members can hire the restaurant for free.
