Told 45 minutes for delivery and took an hour and a half to be delivered by an extremely rude and offensive man, no offer of discount, and no reply from manager after emailing a complaint. The food wasn’t half as good as from other establishments either. Avoid.

Dined at the East Glory 19th june 2011 with four Friends. The location is very old Chester and very pleasant. The rooms are quite small but intimatee No noisy neighbours etc. Place was quite busy but the service was excellent. The food was the best chinese I have tasted for years. Everything freshly cooked so dont be in a rush.
The prices are on the high side of average but for this quality its well worth it.
The seafood platter starter is enormous and very tasty. Would certainly recommend this place. The only downside is the lack of choice for beer drinkers, only lager available and a bottled chinese beer. But two very good pubs within a dozen strides of the front door means no worries.

Ordered takeaway to be delivered through justeat.co.uk Delivery time was meant to be 20.50.... its now 21.50 and still not had it. Phoned twice to see where it was and was told on the 2nd time its just being collected for delivery now and that we'll get 10% off next order... there won't be a next order!!!

Aboslutey everything about this restaurant is great. The food is always hot well prepared and served very quickly. The staff are friendly, helpful and always accomodating. I cannot priase this restaurant highly enough.

If you are looking for a nice relaxing evening out with great food and drink, then visit the east glory restaurant. You have a choice of all you can eat from a menu. It’s not food under a heat lamp either you choose your dishes from the menu and the staff will take your order to the chef who will cook all of the food freshly for you there and then. Choose from Starters followed by a 2nd dish and then you can move onto your main courses. Aternatively you can simply stick to the main menu.
