S M Auto & body repairs

I am grateful to my air-conditioning for packing up so I got to meet Lorraine, Dominic and Steve - their service is exceptional - they treat you like an intelligent woman, not just another punter to fleece and confuse with a bunch of technical jargon. Since then, the guys at SMAutos have done every piece of work on my car that needs doing - all at competitive prices and always with a smile. Thanks guys for keeping my little ole lady on the road for the past couple of years - she drives like a F1 thanks to your TLC.

I first visited Sm Autos in december last year just before christmas when i was over in coventry visiting family all of a sudden my audi seemed to loose all power and was really flat it would just not rev up like normal, i knew it was something bad.With my young daughter in the back of the car and stuck in late night christmas shopping i limped to the side of the road and called the main dealer who informed me that it sounded like my turbo had gone and a replacement was needed to the cost of £2,000.00 plus.I called my mother who advised me of the estate nearby where i could find a garage sm autos was the first garage i came to and called in hoping they could keep my car till i got a chance for some one to collect it for me,really upset at the thought of this extra cost this close to christmas i was a mess but as i got out the car i was met by a lady who reassured me things would be fine,she made me feel completely at ease,but never could i imagine what was to happen next.
Being a single hysterical woman and telling them my turbo had gone this would have been a perfect chance to fleece me.. but no, steve the owner came out and within minutes my car was roaring and reving properly a little pipe had come off and caused all this trouble i could not believe how quick it was fixed and he never even charged me.
I truely believe that if id of taken it any where else i would of had a hefty bill,I was truely touched of what genuine, kind people they are,it is just a crying shame i dont live in coventry as they would of gained a customer so to show my thanks i want to tell you all that if you want a garage where genuine helpful people work i dont think youll go far wrong by visting sm autos.

S&M auto is located at spon end, literally the 2nd building on the right hand side as you enter the industrial estate.
The actual facility is quite large, with a reception on the left hand size. The staff are really friendly here and will chat to you. They are very helpful too. If you require a price they will get one to you over the phone within minutes, unless they really need to see the vehicle.
I have been here a few times now , one because its very close to where i live, 2 the service they give is birlliant, and 3 they have really cheap prices.
I have taken my car there, and literally they have rang me back within a few hours saying its ready for collection. I have had one major piece of moddifying done here which involved remove the front bumper.Being a red car not many places are will to remove bumpers unless there is a fault or damage to the car. I wanted my lights changing, and this is one of the only gargaes willing to do it. Red scratches easily you see. But they did it to the best of their ability and it was 100% perfect. Not only that but the prices were amazing too.
The lady who helps run the place likes my car now.

So for a great service, great prices and extremely good job S&M auto are the place to go. Very very impressed with the work ive had done here, would recomend them!
