das schlemmst restaurant das ich habe! schlecht essen, unfrendlisch leistung...
sorry my german is not good enough to describe how terrible this restaurant is. it looks ok outside but i saw the dirty hands of the staff who hardly smile and always running around without looking after ppl. when we needed something, we waived for about 10 minutes and nobody comes around. eventually when they come, we ordered something more and they never came back again. in the end we finished our dinner already and told them we didnt need any more and they got upset and told us: you have to patient. i tried to explain with smile that we waited and waited and everything was cold already and she even said: 'gehen Sie!' meaning 'go away' to us! what a terrible service! in the end we didnt pay tips but it rained our night which would have been lovely. we paid over 60 euro for such bad service and food!! not recommened at all!
Excellent Vietnamese restaurant in Hamburg?! Who’d have thought it? This is a low-key, friendly establishment, which is reasonably priced and has delicious food.
The staff are so friendly that when our credit card didn’t work they said, just pay next time! When does that ever happen?!
Starters and mains for 3, including wine, comes to around €70. Recommended.
I go here when I miss Vietnamese food.
Only regret is that they do not serve Vietnamese food during lunch hours.
