Review of Carlton Leisure from 12 January 2013

i booked 6 flights in october i canced 1 within a 1 which was £629 i was told that there wouid be a cancelation charge and at the end of it i wouid receive £410 back it takes 12 to 14 weeks for refund but usually comes back within 4- 5 weeks it is now the 16th week and still no refund rang in countless times with agents saying they will ring back after they find out what happend to refund and they never do rang again and was told the amount i was to receive is even lesser like £360 then and cheque was in post still have not received cheque a week since i was told about cheque. VERY DISSAPOINED AND FEEL TRICKED DO NOT BOOK UNTIL U NO FOR SURE EVERYTHING KEEP ALL PAPER WORK STILL AWAITING MY REFUND.

Review of Carlton Leisure from 2 July 2012

I went on holiday to Rio de Janeiro through Carlton Leisure last October and couldn’t have asked for me. Because nothing went wrong, we didn’t have to speak to customer service, but all the research I read beforehand said that they’re good with that sort of thing and will get it fixed in minutes. They showed me all the prices so it was easy to decide when to book the flight and get the lowest price on the flight. I’ll book with them again this October too when I get some time off work.
