Old Dubliner, nearly as in Dublin. If you like the Irish and the Irish style come here and visit. You might feel like in Dublin. If not visit the washroom. At the very latest this will be the point, when you feel like :) This little joke does not mean critics. A real Dublin pub has to have a washroom like that.
Thank you for the great ales.

Really nice place in Harburg. Been there to watch a live concert. Problems are, the service is really slow and being out of Guinness at an Irish Folk concert at midnight? You are joking me.

The Old Dubliner is a pretty nice Irish pub. They have live music every Friday & Saturday, the drinks are cheap (for an Irish pub in Germany) and the atmosphere is nice when the place fills up (on a Friday this is about 9pm). It's worth mentioning that they only open at 6pm, and for the first few hours it's likely to be dead.
There are a few TVs dotted around, but I get this impression that not much sport is shown here. It's more of a music venue than a place to watch English football.
From my perspective as someone living in Hamburg, the fact that this bar is in Harburg makes it what it is. When I visited for the first time the other day, one of the most noticeable things was how different the crowd is when compared what I'd expect in Hamburg. There were a lot of 18-20 year olds and then quite a lot of 40-60 year olds and not much in between. It's not a good thing or a bad thing, just an observation.
Going back to the prices, a pint of Guiness or Kilkenny costs about €3.80. In Hamburg-proper this would be more like €4.50-€5. Quite a lot cheaper then. It's actually not very hard to get here either, just jump on the S3 or S31 trains in the city centre and you'll be in Harburg in about 20 minutes.
