Ivy House - great pub, keeps a good pint, great nosh

We go here regularly - Sue and Egal are very welcoming hosts and always make you feel at home. It has very recently been totally refurbished with a new layout (Feb09) Making it even better. The food on offer is always excellent both in choice and quality - Though you do need to book for dinner on Sunday. They will even do dinner to take away! A very welcome venue in the area and one of the best for miles!

An excellent ran Local pub, the landlords are ever so friendly are always welcome you in with open arms.
The drinks are always fresh and of a excellent standard. The choice is excellent, and the price is cheap.
An excellent location for local people, and always a nice mix of people here in the evenings.
One of the best.
