Always a great meal

One of the best Cantonese restaurants in Birmingham! Prices reflect the quality of this place and it is truly superb. The food is delicious, and you have a huge variety to choose from on their extensive menu.
The staff are always helpful and smiling, seating is great here, they even have seating opposite the bar for take away customers, which is nice when you are waiting for your take away - which is never more than a half an hour wait.

Very busy and popular family-run Cantonese restaurant, established in 1981. They also own the huge (380-seater) Chung Ying Garden around the corner.

The dishes are very tasty and reasonably authentic, as attested to by the large numbers of local Chinese people eating here, although it's not quite as good as some enthusiastic reviews I'd read before going there more recently (mind you, I'm comparing this with Cantonese food in Hong Kong and Guangzhou).

As you'd expect, service is very good, and there's a reasonable enough wine list. I've eaten here a few dozen times over the years, and it's always been pretty reliable. A pleasant surprise is always the bill - about £20-£25 a head, including service.
