With a Local Bike Shop this Good, Why Go Online? I got my bike from Jardines and I really can’t speak too highly of them. Andy and Paul spent several hours going though the options for the bike and answering all the questions I had, mostly from first hand experience. The resulting bike is an absolute joy to ride and all the better for having had that input and their expertise in setting it up and making sure it is absolutely right. Could I have built it online cheaper? Possibly. If I had all of Andy and Paul’s expertise. And all their skill at setting the bike up (to give you an idea of how much thought goes into the bike, Andy’s developed a custom tool for shaping the mudguard stays round the disk brakes on the bike I bought). And 10s of hours to do all the research and build that would go into getting what I have. And all the specialist tools that they have in the shop (that I’d have to buy so going over what I paid to get it from Jardines). I’ve built my own wheels and bikes from scratch and loved doing it and riding the results but even I’d go back to Jardines to explain what I want and then pay them to do it. Personally, I’d say don’t waste your time penny pinching on buying cheaper kit online and then fitting/bodging it together yourself. Go to a good local shop and explain what it is you want and they’ll make sure you get the right kit and a good deal. I’d also have no hesitation in recommending you go to Jardines; they’ll definitely look after you and point you to another shop if they think you’d be better served going there. You really can’t say fairer than that.

Jardine cycles is quite a large shop selling lots of bikes and the accessories to go with them!
If its an actual bike you want then they have lots on show. For you to look at and have a go on.;
Loads of choice in colour suspension, full, front only or none, on road, off road stunt or anything else. I went in and found the staff quite helpful. But i found them a bit to overpowering in trying to explain stuff to me that i already knew. They were very adiment in keeping me away from any suspension what so ever. Even though i use my bike for on road and mountain biking. The suspension is definately worth having for that alone. So i question their motives a little bit.
Apart from that they do know what they are talking about and can fix your bike if there are any problems with it.

So a good shop if you want a bike or something for it, but there are better ones out there, maybe with higher prices but you can get better help somewhere else then maybe go here to find the bike.
Prices are quite high but depending on what make you buy you may be able to get it cheaper online , as with every thing!
