Lewinnick Lodge

We have always really enjoyed our visits to the Lewinnnick Lodge, always leaving feeling satisfied by the food, sea views and scenery.

Although on one occasion I did have some clothing stolen from the coat stand I have never held this against the establishment. We have had the pleasure of enjoying various dishes from the menu over the years and never been disappointed.

The service at the establishment is also second to none and the staff are always very attentive to your needs/requirements.

A must visit, although the road down to the place is a little tricky.

A fantastic restaurant and bar with a wonderful garden and to-die-for views of the atlantic ocean and fistral beach. Many of the tables are window based to take advantage of the vistas. The menu is largely fish based and a little pricey (£7 average starter, £13 average main, £5 average dessert), but the food is excellently prepared. A vegetarian option is always available. The staff are very attentive and provide very good customer service, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. This is a great option for an intimate meal for 2 or a family celebration for 20. Undoubtedly the best restaurant in town.

The bar area has lovely barmen, great seating and a large log fire to slouch in front of after a walk on the headland (which is just outside the door). Dogs are welcome and food can be ordered from the restaurant menu to eat in the bar area.
