We have stayed here most times we come to Birmingham because the Car parking is free and access with luggage is very convenient from the car. Breakfast is now served on site instead of at the Old Orleans Restaurant which is much more convenient. Other hotel charge up to £20 for the weekend for carparking. It is very convenient for Broad Street and the NIA

I stayed here before I moved up here last year! I found the whole place to be clean with an overall friendly atmosphere! And that is not surprising,as all members of staff I encountered were all polite,friendly and helpful,making them very approachable if you had an enquiry! The price for the room for a night was good value,which included en-suit bathroom,tv with freeview,kettle with 2 mugs,spoons,milk,sugar,teabags and coffee sachets and 2 glasses,plus a hairdryer! There was a large desk area,and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on! (Although every person has different needs for bed comfort)! As I had my son with me,there was a sofa bed,which again was comfortable,and he loved it! For a small extra when you arrive,you can add on an 'all you can eat' type breakfast,of which accompanying children eat free per adult! From fried breakfast to a continental,its worth a few extra £'s! Brilliant!

I stayed here on a long weekend trip to Birmingham and found it very pleasant.Quite basic but has everything you need for a weekend stay and very clean and tidy.Only a five minute walk from the main street in Birmingham with all the nightlife…bars and restaurants.The room has all your basic ammenities,kettle,tv,shower,hairdryer etc.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Has a big restaurant and bar right adjacent to the hotel so very handy for food if you don’t want to leave the hotel.If I remember rightly I think this premier inn offers room service aswell.Overall a very pleasant stay.
