This shoe shop has a good choice of shoes from various brands including Clarks, Lelli Kelly & others. They have adults shoes on the ground floor & children’s shoes upstairs. On the one occasion I wanted to go upstairs I had a pram & I was told there was nowhere to leave it so I couldn’t go upstairs. Very poor customer service & I find the staff not at all helpful. Despite having a good choice of shoes I wouldn’t visit here again due to the staff. On another occasion I have been in the staff were stood talking to each other & didn’t acknowledge any of the customers in the shop. So sadly, despite the good choice of shoes I can only award it 1 star as I wouldn’t recommend it.

    Thanks for the comments. I am very upset to hear about the poor customer service that you received. We have been trading in the town for over 30 years now and normally we offer great service. People are always welcome to leave prams downsairs and I do not understand why the girls would have said that there was no room, unless there were a lot of prams there.
    I have spoken to all of the girls and would welcome any feedback now, good or bad, as I am sure that we normally offer great service.

    For customers with prams - use the lift outside Westgate and walk along the balcony to their upstairs entrance.
