The Oathill

The Oat Hill bar & restuarant is stylish, modern and in the winter incredibly cosy - think log fires and leather sofa’s. The Oat Hill is owned by four local lads who pride themselves on offering a friendly environment and seem to employ staff with the same outlook - Karol the barman is a little gem! They have a great wine list, tasty bar snacks and a restuarant menu that is perfect if you fancy treating somebody to something extra special. For beer lovers they have a fantastic range of traditional ales (including beers from local producers the Langton Brewery) and their spirit range is unrivalled in the town - as a vodka lover this place is perfect! The cocktail menu has something for everyone - I would recommend the polish martini although DON’T have more then two, it’s lethal!!
