Txillida is one of the best-known Basque artists/sculptors. He knows how to install just the right shape in the right context. The coast of Iberia where San Sebastián is located is one of his best selections. Stand close or go off to another area of the bay to get a different perspective. Even the name of this work is well-chosen: 'wind comb'. This is its 30th anniversary, by the way.
Suggestion: Look up other works by Txillida (tx in Basque = ch sound) and visit them. Get a full picture on his concept of artistic form.
