The worst Airline I have ever used and have vowed to never use them again. I was on a flight from London to Colombo return, with a stop over in Kuwait for 2 hours. The flight from London to Kuwait wasnt to bad, however the leg room and size of chairs of the older planes they are using was somewhat uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food was also of a poor standard. The cost of EVERYTHING in Kuwait was through the roof, and people extremely rude. The flight from Kuwait to Colombo was simply awful. The cabin crew thought they were celebrities and basically didnt want to assist or be friendly with any of the passengers. They had a very care free attitude as if all the passengers were a lower class in life in comparison to them. Was trully appaulled. Kuwait Airways were the cheapest option to me in comparison to others however, still for myself, wife and a 4 year old child tickets cost me over £1000 so I still expected some kind of hospitality. I got none, and service was like this both ways. The inflight entertainment consoles were falling out of the seats and there were also wires freely flapping from the consoles. Overall it was a shamble, and a truly horrific experience for myself and family for nearly 14 hours.
