I have never used this garage & have no association with it but I am concerned with the comments from jjnnhh. This person seems to have a real problem as I have noticed she has posted other negative comments about this business on other sites & forums. In one case the owner has responded to say that it took 3 days for this person to complain & he straight away asked for the vehicle back to investigate the allegations & offered a free full car valet at his cost. The owner wold not bring the vehicle back & did not accept the free valet. She also did not respond to the feedback provided by the owner. I would therefore assume this person may be a serial complainer who just trys to get a reduction on the agreed costs. I would suggest she grows up & gets a life before bad mouthing & tarnishing a business reputation.

This garage services and MOT's my Mercedes E class, does a great job at reasonable prices, anlways discusses work before being carried out and agrees prices, would recommend to anyone.

Car came back from service covered in oil. Head lining, mats, seats and handles etc. Alloys chipped by careless removal of wheel nuts. Wouldn’t advise using this garage.

The prices are very reasonable and the owner is quite helpful. If there is a criticism it's that the car was not ready late in the afternoon but they had tried to reach me
