The Indian Head Massage with Mark was both relaxing and stimulating  -- a perfect experience.

Mark took time to explain his approach both before and after the massage, revealing insights about body tension that will be invaluable when I'm tied to the computer keyboard.

A great service from Natural Balance - recommended to me by a friend due to problems with my back and neck from an accident. Angela was very careful not to apply too much pressure whilst helping to ease some of the discomfort which allowed me to relax for the first time in months. She put me at ease throughout. 5/5 all round.

I've had excellent osteopathic service over the last three months from Emma Ross at Natural Balance - she's gentle but firm in style with minimal manipulation (not too much cracking of joints!) and has given me some techniques to ease a long-standing low back problem. Nice atmosphere and easy booking/payment process. Am looking forward to trying some of their massage practitioners soon.

Have just had my second deep tissue massage with hot stones. Therapist was Sarah Kirkby. It was the best massage I've ever had. Really firm and only focusing on my problem areas of shoulders and lower back. Definite recommendation. I was given a gift voucher for this place and am delighted to have discovered it.

I have been going to Natural Balance for some 3 years or so now; I find Steve Mason's massages absolutely top-notch. He does a mean Deep Tissue Massage, a relaxing Swedish Massage, but today I went for his Chavutti Thirumal Massage. This 2 hour massage with Steve using his feet (and hands sometimes) with warm aromtic oils was sublime and franklt hedonistiic; I left on Cloud Nine! Michael Hewens

I first visited Natural Balance after receiving gift tokens for my birthday and enjoyed my first experience of hot stone therapy which I find to be deeply relaxing.   All treatments are fully explained and take place in comfortable rooms on beds which can be heated and perfect in the winter months.    

I returned to Natural Balance for some pre and post marathon treatment with Angela on my legs and back and noticed a huge improvement in my running gait, energy levels and swift recovery following the event.

Each session can be varied to suit needs/muscle tension on the day but the results are always long lasting!

This was my first Thai massage ever and was a 2hr session with Steve Mason. I didn't know what to expect since I only ever had deep tissue massages before, but you know what it's like when a massage is over and you wish it would go on forever? Well, the 2 hour massage is so well worth it cos you get the chance to properly relax and you don't feel disappointed that it's over too soon. It's like the difference between a 1 week holiday and a 2 week holiday. Both are great but you get so much more from a 2 week holiday! That is what a 2 hour massage is like, especially a Thai massage. It is more gentle, but still very firm and ultimately much more relaxing because the masseur has a chance to do every part of your body thoroughly from the tips of your fingers and toes to the top of your head. It's really quite magical and  highly recommended.

Steven mason acupuncturist is full of compassion and knowledge he works in comfortable clean surroundings with beautiful music in the back ground . He ensures your comfortable and his treatment is effective bringing immediate relief .
As soon as you walk into natural balance therapies you feel calm relaxed I have been attending regular for 18 months it is a joy .
You can book online and pick your times when you want.
I highly recommend steven mason and natural balance therapies for all your health care

I have just recently moved to Hove and so far had two visits to Natural Balance Therapies. On both occasions I had deep tissue massage as I tend to get quite tense around my shoulders: a lifetime of bad posture and too many long sessions on my laptop! Steve Mason was the therapist and is certainly an expert practitioner – the best and most effective massage I have ever had. My daughter had a massage with Richard Jackson and she too thought it was the best massage she’d ever had – both therapists also gave lots of really useful advice. The expertise of the staff and general professionalism of Natural Balance Therapies is one more thing that has made our move to Hove worthwhile…

I have been attending the clinic for a few years now. I see Lucinda for a deep tissue massage regularly. I play hockey and after a massage I am ready for the next game. Without it I would struggle to get moving on the pitch. I recommend Lucinda for deep tissue massage as I feel great the next day and she is a really friendly person.

I saw a therapist called Steve mason for a one hour hot stone deep tissue massage.
It was just simply amazing. The treatment space was warm and inviting. The recliner heated. the environment wonderful.
Steve himself was superb at his job. He really helped me relax and I left feeling wobbly and a bit blissed out.
I will definately go back and would invite anyone who is into body treatment to try this treatment.

Thai with Tanya – I have been receiving Thai massage with Tanya for back pain, stiffness in my joints and hip, and general flexibility / mobility. From the very first session I felt recharged and a general feeling of wellness. At each session there is a small sustained improvement in mobility / flexibility which shows the treatment is having the effect I always hoped it would. Thai massage has energised me. I have previously tried physio (many sessions), massage, deep tissue massage and watsu. Although each of these separate treatments gave some relief, it was not sustained. Tanya is professional, caring and ensures each treatment is individually adapted to suit the body condition.

Great place.
Very professional therapists who know what they are doing. I've had deep tissue and hot stones massage with Steve, Mark and Richard and they are all great.
I recommend Natural Balance to everyone!
