Thai with Tanya – I have been receiving Thai massage with Tanya for back pain, stiffness in my joints and hip, and general flexibility / mobility. From the very first session I felt recharged and a general feeling of wellness. At each session there is a small sustained improvement in mobility / flexibility which shows the treatment is having the effect I always hoped it would. Thai massage has energised me. I have previously tried physio (many sessions), massage, deep tissue massage and watsu. Although each of these separate treatments gave some relief, it was not sustained. Tanya is professional, caring and ensures each treatment is individually adapted to suit the body condition.

I called Richard Jackson for a deep tissue massage on the lower back and he advised me to take it easy over the weekend.
I am pleased to say that I felt well enough over the weekend and ended up playing over two days which I had earlier thought was going to be impossible.

I find standing/bending over all day with my job, I had become very tense in my shoulders, neck and back. I have lived with it for many year until a friend gave me a voucher for a deep tissue massage with Steve at Natural Balance.
He managed to unlock all the tension in my body and stopped all the pain I have been suffering from for years.
As a results I now visit him every month for a a full body massage.

I go to natural balance regularly for deep tissue massages and waxing. All therapies are conducted professionally in a very clean and pleasant environment. I always come away feeing that money has been well spent.
Steve and Richard are excellent masseurs - and know how to get to the bottom of aching muscles or strains. Thoroughly recommended.

I always had back problems and my muscles are always very tight... My friends offered me a deep tissue massage at Natural Balance Therapies for my birthday. I arranged an appointment and I was very surprised with the result, I left free of pain, my muscles completely relaxed and that feeling stayed with me for weeks...The massage was very enjoyable with a nice background music. I really recommend Natural Balance Therapies, their institute and massage rooms are very clean and welcoming, the masseuses are very professional and the results are incredible.

Everyone I have seen at Natural Balance has a perfect balance of proffesionalism and friendliness. All treatment seem very well priced and good value for money. I will be booking all my treatment here in the future.

I am a very active person (female, early 30's) and came to Natural Balance for a combination of sports massage (in particular to help a recurrent hip/back issue that I have) and general relaxation. I find them to be excellent practitioners for any massage need.

The staff here are professional, well qualified and really friendly. They know their stuff and often offer advice that will help you to reduce injury/feel more relaxed once you are off the massage table.

The rooms are of wonderful quality (minimal, lovely lighting, with soft music if you so desire) and as soon as you enter you feel relaxed and at ease. Parking is not an issue (although you may have to pay, depending on the time of visit and where you park in the road) and I have always left feeling wonderful - even after my more deep-tissue sports massages!

Mark and Richard are the two most fantastic practitioners I have ever met, and I have been assured by my partner (who also goes here for his sports injury problems and sports massages) that they are also brilliant when treating men. The other members of staff are always friendly and welcoming too.

I highly recommend Natural Balance for all massage needs, not to mention the other treatments that they offer (some beauty treatments, acupunture and hot stones to name a few!) They are competitively priced, in a good location and just all round wonderful!

I always look forward to going there. I had deep tissue massage with some hot stones, which was fantastic for my tense back. And now I am going through a series of acupuncture treatments for hayfever. Lovely and caring therapists in a nice and relaxing atmosphere. A great find. I am certainly going to be a regular and I would definitely recommend it!

I have a nasty reoccurring back problem which refuses to go away but with the help of Jeanna and Steve at the practice it is slowly and surely getting sorted out.

Both the myofascial release and hot stone deep tissue release massages are regular life savers, i'm always looking forward to my next booking...

I went to my first Acupuncture session with Steve @ Natural Balance in Hove and i was a bit skeptical as my knowledge on the therapy was very limited. I thought the session was fantastic and really enjoyed it. I can also confirm that it does work and helped my heaps for my KickboxingTraining. I cant wait for me next session !!!!!!!

I first went to Natural Therapies in search of lovely Steve Mason, the expert in aromatherapy massage (and all sorts of other stuff), who used to work from a beautiful holistic centre here in Hastings.

I must admit I felt a degree of trepidation approaching Steve's new place of work, but The Natural Balance Therapies certainly delivered in terms of service, comfort and atmosphere. And as far as I'm concerned, Steve Mason still offers the best massage treatment the money can buy this side of anywhere.

I have been to Natural Balance on a few occasions. There was an issue following one massage but another therapist, Jeanna worked through the issue and is definitely a therapist I would recommend. Jeanna is able to identify the issue and tailor your treatment to the specific area/problem. I would also highly recommend a deep tissue for a more relaxing treatment.

The energy in the building is amaizing.
I felt relaxed as soon as i entered it.
The treatment i recieved and the staff are friendly, well versed on their crafts and very pleasant.

I liked it smuch i am going to see if i can get some work there.

My partner recommended a thrapist at Natural Balance.
My lower back was very stiff and coused pain for a long time.
I had couple of deep tissue massages with Natalie and the pain is gone.

I will keep going there as they are very professional and the athmospehere and surroundings is clean and lovely.

Would highly recommend.
