I've been seeing Jeanne Lindfield at Natural Balance for just over a year now and I wouldn't venture anywhere else.
Each session has been tailored specifically to me, from identify what type of pain it is i'm experiencing, to which direction it's travelling in!
After each session I leave feeling "looser" and and de-stressed which is exactly what i'm after!!
Natural Balance come highly recommended!
I recently had my first deep tissue massage with Natural Balance. The booking was effecient and reasonably effortless. Parking in area was not an problem. The environment on arrival is very professional well appointed and friendly. Steve Mason was my therapist and he was excellent, relaxed informative and responsive to my individual needs. I came away feeling great and will definitely not look for alternative providers Steve and Natural balance ticked all the boxes in terms of my requirements.
Have used Natural Therapies a couple of times.
First time I saw Richard for a sports massage following a half marathon. My back had locked in and he freed it in one session. I felt amazing. I was brusied but just proof the pressure was right to fix the problem.
My second visit I saw Angela to fix my neck and shoulder after a trampolining accident. I went in with restricted movement and came out with virtually normal neck and head rotation.
Brilliant and well priced.
