Anna is a crème ala crème hairdresser, she always makes me 10 times prettier, but the entire team is lovely. It’s simple: You walk in with a messy broom-shaped hair you walk out like model. These girls are PROFESSIONALS. EXPERTS

I had an excellent cut with Frankie at Supercuts. She sorted my hair out after I'd had a bad cut elsewhere, and really listened to what I wanted, and talked me through exactly what she was going to do. I was delighted with the results!

I am giving supercuts in Selborne Walk E17 no stars. It was the most distressing time I have ever had at any hairdressers and I have been using hairdressers for the last 40 years.

I found the staff very patronising and suspected that they could have even been racist, as they were shouting at a gentleman of Eastern Europeon origin when he asked quite clearly to have a haircut.

Midway during my haircut the stylist walked away without a word and came back with a colleague to inspect my hair. They had very grave expressions and I thought they could have detected alopoecia or an unsightly growth and did not know how to tell me. They then said that they noticed head nits and cannot continue with cutting my hair. However, after some deliberation, one of them said that as the stylist had started she could finish it, but would not blow dry. Later I asked my husband, and my carer to check my hair . Both checked and confirmed that I had no nits or head lice. My head was not itchy so I knew that I had no nits. Never again will I venture into supercuts. The stylist refused to bowdry my hair and I had to go out into the cold with wet hair and as I am in a wheelchair I tend to feel any rise/drop in temperatures more than those who could walk. They had the audacity to charge me the full price which included blow drying. I am totally appalled and would be making an official complaint.

Lady cut my hair in 5 minutes-and unfortunately it is not compliment as I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome .Careless,’next please’ approach.Although relatively cheap,service is not worth the money.
