I never realised shopping for kids's stuff could be so much fun. Obviously, I only became a convert since my wife's pregnancy - a new hobby it ain't - but it's a buzz all the same.

Despite having the youthful appearance of a disaffected bunch of students, the staff members here all seem well-trained, extremely helpful and pretty nifty at negotiating their way around the finer elements of the modern pram game. There's no pressure to buy and what's more, should you decide to make a purchase, you can do what we did and select the pram of your choice (or in my case, my missus' choice!), pay a deposit and then settle the balance at a later date at the price on that day (even if there's one of their regular special offers on).

They also sell all the rest of the essential Oh my God I'm about to be a Dad... but at least there's a captive audience for my jokes get up that you may need: clothes, accessories, toys etc. and the location is nice and convenient.

A nicely laid out store with more range than the usual M&P store. Good range of prams and stuff over two floors and a cafe and toilets for a rest. Could do with some seats for the dad's though.
