I took my scooter, needing a rear tyre and fitting, to the East Sheen BMG service centre. They quoted £70 over the phone and after work was done, less than an hour later, they charged me £95 (which now I know is against the law to do).
I asked why the £25 increase, the response "some of the nuts were seized" yea on a well kept Vespa with 3600km, sure whatever you say mate.

So I paid £25 to find out they are overpriced and devious and to NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

A small price considering they would have been my regular service centre.

Very helpful & friendly scooter/moped outlet. I was a first timer to all things scooter-related, so was really grateful of their knowledgeable advice. They helped me with selecting the model, choosing accessories and getting the vehicle insured. Couldn't fault them really - a thoroughly painless retail experience.
