i love silverprint. Fantastic suppliers for hard to source chemicals for alternative photographic methods. Online service good. Haven't visited the shop but would like to! Think they have just done it up and it includes a cafe too (but not sure) Thanks silverprint!

I've been going to Silverprint for years, and feel so lucky to have them 'on my doorstep' (I live in London - my photographing friends in India are very envious): the range of products is phenomenal, they are still committed - praise be - to the old-fashioned darkroom, and a few times they've saved me from making a purchase I'd have regretted. The staff know their stuff.
They are also friendly and happy to help.

I hadn't ordered from Silverprint for some time, using other companies. A week or two ago I returned to Silverprint and I was really happy to get everything I ordered, in one well-packed parcel and very fast.

These guys are great, they're order process is simple and easy to use and always receive on time. Silverprint is a one stop shop for all things photography, even their digital stuff is reasonably priced! Will use again, forsure!

I used Silverprint about a year ago for some alternative processing materials for my MA, they were such a big help. I learnt more in this store than I did from my lecturer at Uni! The staff seemed friendly and willing to help. They even ask what my project involved and gave some suggestions - like how to present it etc.
Since using them the first time around I have found they're always well stocked with film and even give a student discount over the counter. I will use them time and time again and really glad there's still businesses out there who care about the roots of photography!!

The supplies in this company is good, meaning photography film, paper and some portfolios.
However the staff are incredibly bone-idle and rarely seem interested to serve the customer, on many occasions I've had to go into there little cubby offices and tell them I'm ready to pay or need some information.
Unfortunately they have become complacent knowing they have little competition, so are not that bothered about their customers.
Sorry Silverprint but have to be honest for the best

I will never order anything online from this company again. Paid £10 for next day delivery. 1 week later products have not arrived. After 2 rude phonecalls with staff and manager of store, who have told me it's nothing to do with them (now they have my money), my products have been delivered to a post office 1 hour away from my house.
I have been left to deal with delivery company myself as staff at store felt this was nothing to do with them. Although I have resolved this, hopefully, by dealing with Parcel Force myself ( not sure yet as still no sign of product) I feel that Silverprint should have been the ones making phone calls and dealing with my missing delivery...and not having such an obnoxious manager would have also helped.
( I have given 1 star as I wasn't able to send this message with 0 stars)
