I have found this place to be a real disappointment & having been to other organic supermarkets, my expectations were quite low.

The food was unnecessarily overpriced & some of the same products were surprisingly available locally at other supermarkets & grocers for ALOT less (a couple of products were half price). I asked the staff some questions on some products for a friend who has allergies, and whilst they were very friendly and tried to be helpful, I didn’t get the impression that they really knew their products very much.

It’s a shame really, I hope that the store improves as there is a lot of potential there and Chiswick needs a good health food shop!

Why does organic food have to be sooooo expensive. I mean, it’s so difficult to eat healthily when everything costs more than junk food. This place is no different. I can only hope that in time, with competition upping and more stores offering good healthy food, that this trend will alter. However, for now, we’re stuck with it. And you do get good quality produce from this place, from organic remedies to dairy-free and gluten-free for those of us with dietary needs, and lots of tasty wholesome foods, it’s worth it if you’re wadded.

A good organic food mini-market, this stocks a full range of dry goods, drinks, cereals, pulses, supplements and has a fresh food section too. As well as organic food, there's eco-friendly items such as detergents, nappies, bin liners etc etc. Prices are reasonable. Staff are OK but not particularly knowledgeable.
