I have just had a look through some of the reviews and would like to comment that I have been a loyal client of Katie's for almost two years now and would like to express just how pleased I am with her level of work, she always remains completely professional and I find her very personable. Over the years I would confidently say that I have and will always remain to put trust in Katie with regards of colouring and cutting my hair, I have blonde mid length hair and i'm always looking for new ways to change it up, Katie is always aware of whats current and the latest looks to go for. I feel she is a fantastic hairdresser and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I would not recommend getting your hair dyed here. At least not if you are blonde like I am. I am not a picky person and I wound not normally write a negative review, but i have had a pretty bad experience getting my hair coloured here. It took 3 and a half hours to "do" my hair. I have a one year old and I asked if the 3 and a half hours I had the babysitter would be enough and Kate the person who did my hair said yes. I will say that I hadnt actually planned on getting a full head of highlights but Kate had put some spare time aside for me in case which was very nice of her. Though she wasnt as focused on me as I would have liked to put it politely. 
The colour turned out brassy - I like the front but the back looks pretty terrible. And I was unable to see the final result as I had run out of time and had to run out of the salon with wet hair. 
So I called back, was extremely polite and asked if there was anything she could (even told her I liked the front) do and she basically said that because you can never tell what ones natural hair is going to look like when you get it dyed, there was nothing she could have done and that she could maybe put a toner on it. She was pretty rude and I have to say I have decided NOT to go back to this salon to get it fixed because I would rather sit through… anything else in the world unpleasant. 
Anyway - 90 pounds AND 10 pounds tip later. Not happy and I shall not be going back to get my hair done here. 

Have been here 3 time now - Sarah is awesome and knows what I want more than I do. Really lttle friendly place, not intimidating at all like some hairdressers can be. Thoroughly recommend. Lorna.

Went to this salon for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and was really pleased with the results.  For someone who's usually quite difficult to please when it comes to hair, this was quite a surprise!  Sarah really listened to what I was after, and made my hair look exactly how it did in the picture I took in.  Definitely going back, I'm so pleased to find a salon in Ealing I can stick with, after living hear for 5 years!

I went to this salon for the first time on Friday. I was influenced by the good reviews and was unhappy with the hairdresser I had been using.
Very friendly staff made me feel welcome and the sylist listened to everything I said. I have quite difficult wavy/curly hair and was extremely happy with the cut and finish. I even bought some product which I have never done anywhere before and booked my next appointment in advance with a 10% discount.
Great salon Look forward to my next visit.

I never know where to get ny haircut in Ealing as Id been to a few and never been happy with results, I have my hair cut in a bob which is scary if it goes wrong!! I read the reviews for this salon and punted on it, I am very pleased with the result - the stylist really listened to me and helped me to form an idea of what I wanted. I enjoyed the experience as all the people working there were friendly and approachable. I am definitely going back for my next haircut - I trust them completely!!

Went in today for the first time for a cut. After reading comments on this and other hairdressers in the Ealing area I'd narrowed it down to this and one other place - but Blondes & Browns got my business when their price was by far the best.

I was really happy with the service and the cut. Upon arrival I was asked about what I wanted and was really listened to by Sarah - not the way so many other places rush you through your description and assume they know what you want.
I was getting quite a lot of length cut off and the end result was a perfect combination of what I'd asked for and what Sarah had suggested would work best for my hair.

I'm really pleased with the experience, would recommend the place to anyone and will certainly be going back myself!

I had the new Brazilian hair treatment done there and it was fab! I have really frizzy curly hair and it has transformed my hair, it is now so well conditioned and I can straighten my hair in under 30minutes.

The guys at the salon are so friendly and make you feel welcome & relaxed.

I would strongly recommend this salon if you are looking for great hairdressing with a friendly and personal touch!

I went yesterday for the first time to Blondes & Browns after reading the previous review and after loads of unsuccessful attempts looking for a good hairdresser who actually listens to you but gives you good advice too, i decided to try.

Not only I received really good customer service, I felt really comfortable and welcome. Sarah was the stylist who did my hair and she was fantastic.

Definitely I will be back and highly recommend it, great service and hair cut without the price tag of the kinds of toni&guy.

I love blondes and browns and have been going there since it opened in 2004. Tracey who runs the salon is super friendly, straight talking and cuts hair SO brilliantly well - I get the best hair cuts of my life here, and wouldn’t swap for the world! The salon is nicely done but low key, and you are never rushed or hurried. Matt is the other stylist and he is fab too - he has just started cutting my hair and is doing an awesome job. I highly, highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for an independent salon who will get to know you, give you the time you’re paying for and make you welcome every single time.
