Review of 2ND IMPRESSIONS from 24 November 2012

I have shopped at 2nd impressions many times and it is refreshing to find a good range of individual childrens clothing, combined with a vast range of toys and gifts. The cheerful and helpful shopping asstistants all add to make a pleasant shopping experience.

Everything in that shop is over-priced. Staff, especially the owner can't be bothered to help.
You can have a look inside for idea, but do NOT buy anything. It is a total rip-off!!!

As the owner I take exception that this person supposedly upset made no attempt to contact me or speak to my staff, is it a competitor I wonder. Our prices are all deliberately set at reccommeded retail prices so is this person simply saying we did not discount, if so again, why didn’t they ask.
