The Reliance is easily one of the best bars in Leeds. It is exactly how I would want a bar to be. Its single-paned, curved floor to ceiling glass facade is certainly impressive, and its collection of mismatching furniture - worn old sofas and distressed wooden tables - ensure a comfortable, relaxed feel. Shabby chic, but without any pretense whatsoever. The staff are friendly, the food is great, and the drinks selection is top notch. A perfect place to while away an afternoon, or evening. Or both.

The Reliance is a great little bar owned by the guys who have North Bar and The Cross Keys in Holbeck. They always seem to get it right! Focused on decent drinking - there's always a great real ale and continental lager selection, tasty grub, and friendly bar staff. Check it out.

this is a great place to go to to unwind- all my mates go here when they're hungover. big sofas, papers and hearty food.

Like to visit on a Sunday and veg out in big couches....newspapers and board games to play if u like, could spend hours in there...really lovely staff, highly recommend roast dinner altho best getting there early as very popular!
