Perfect location, very friendly staff, luggage room is available. Breakfast was not included but available in the pub below. Location is absolutely amazing just a few minutes from the Castle and the Royal Mile. Very popular pub downstairs - though the pub were exactly under our windows - the noise didn’t disturb us at all. Will stay there again and recommend to all my friends. Value for money hotel!

The Grassmarket Hotel is lovely. When family come to stay we always recommend that they stay there. It is situated beneath the castle so offers beautiful views plus it is right in the heart of the city. It is warm, friendly and cosy. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is really good value.
