No jeweller could have made me happier than Hirschfelds. I visited them after reading about their jewellery company on the internet, online. We talked to them about an engagement ring. After the first consultation for a custom made ring, we came back to take a look some sparkly diamonds. The ring they made was a bespoke diamond ring that we really liked. They spent almost an hour with us and answered all of our questions. Hirschfelds are like a three-Michelin star restaurant for jewellery. The BEST jewels ever. My favorite jeweler ever. The food (Diamonds and the Jewels), the service, the cocktails (Platinum and Gold) and wine lists (Emeralds from Colombia, Rubies from Burma, Kashmir Sapphires), and the desserts (Aqumarines and Turquoise)… the best in the world.

Earlier this week ,The Goldsmiths at Hirschfelds resized my platinum ring, my mothers rings and other bits and pieces of jewellery were repaired too. Very reasonable and speedily done and now llooking like new. I have just collected them and I am extemely pleased with the work done and will be returning to buy a lovely vintage piece of jewellery that they have on their web site. That's if my bonus comes through - Hopefully!
A super duper Jewellery repair service again this month

Hirschfelds Jewellers London have been terrific to us. We purchased my fiancee's engagment ring here. My girlfrioend is difficult and they were charming to her. We dealt directly with the owner, They always polish the ring and check the settings etc when we return to have it checked. We appreciate it much more than going to any department store and buying foreign produced jewellery that everyone else wears. I would recommend Hirschfelds Hatton Garden to anyone who wants to have a very individual piece of jewellery bespoke and hand made for them.

We used this business to resize my engagement ring but the results were very poor - the stone was returned loose and there were marks on the gold. They did put matters right but we weren't impressed that we had to complain.
