My husband and I are big fans of Zia Maria. It's one of those places that make Berlin a truly unique place. About every 2 months they turn the entire dining room (walls, tables, seats, ceilings) over to a different local artist to do an installation so each time you go in it is a completely different dining atmosphere. The pizza slices are made to order (no reheating!) and include such unique ingredients as zucchini & mint. Never had a bad slice!
PS: if you have kids (I don't), it is also incredibly kid friendly

of all the pizza we have tasted in Berlin, my entire family agrees...best pizza. pizza specialists, no pasta. and always a bizarre art exhibit hanging in the small dining room (seats about 30).

Very tasty, very friendly. No Italian show-offs, no flying dough, no waiters shouting “prego”. Great ingredients, great combinations. Creative, good and inexpensive.

Excellent pizza, excellent idea. Very different from everything in the area. And in general, very different! I miss this pizza. The prices are okay, the service is generally awesome and the pizzas made so fresh! Go and grab a piece!

cheap and good! and the people there are always really friendly. the perfect place to go after work if you’re hungry, your fridge is empty and you want to eat something quickly!
