Aside from having in-depth technical knowledge, the guys at Run are runners themselves, so when they are recommending kit it is from the perspective of someone who has used it. It's only a small place, but well stocked with running kit for both ladies and gentlemen. If you're buying new trainers, take the old ones along with you as this helps them to decode your running style / gait and thus which trainers to recommend. They then get you to run up and down outside the shop to confirm their opinion and give you the chance to try the trainers in action before you buy them. Overall a place where customer service comes first. Definitely worth a visit!
