I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your treatment.
Please note, we have clients coming in every week to have the eyelashe extensions, and they come in frequently to have them touched up, or to have a new set. The vast majority of clients that have their eyelashes done are more than happy. Please note, the aftercare of having eyelashes is very important.
Sometimes when you wash your face and rub over the lashes, it can loosen the lashes. Also, if you sleep on the lashes, this will can also loosen them off. If you rub your eye’s very hard, this will can also make them loose.
We only advise clients that lashes last up to 2 weeks depending on aftercare. Sometimes your natural eyelashes drop out, and this also means the false eyelashes drop out to as they sit on top of the natural eyelash. This means you need to come in and get them touched up to ensure the gap is filled.
You say your friend also had them done a few weeks before you had yours done, and her eyelashes fell out the next day. Please could you ask her to call me, she should have come back and we could have helped resolve issue.
Regarding the phone use, we have a strict no phone policy in salon so i would like to know who carried out you treatment and the day you came in as we do not tolerate staff using phones whilst at work. I will be having a meeting regarding this as I do not tolerate any phone misuse. But what i find hard to understand is that no-one is allowed mobile phones on shop floor. There are signs clearly stating phone policy and so far no-one has ever broken it.
