  I am sorry to hear you are not happy with your treatment.

  Please note, we have clients coming in every week to have the eyelashe extensions, and they come in frequently to have them touched up, or to have a new set. The vast majority of clients that have their eyelashes done are more than happy. Please note, the aftercare of having eyelashes is very important.

  Sometimes when you wash your face and rub over the lashes, it can loosen the lashes. Also, if you sleep on the lashes, this will can also loosen them off. If you rub your eye’s very hard, this will can also make them loose.

  We only advise clients that lashes last up to 2 weeks depending on aftercare. Sometimes your natural eyelashes drop out, and this also means the false eyelashes drop out to as they sit on top of the natural eyelash. This means you need to come in and get them touched up to ensure the gap is filled.

  You say your friend also had them done a few weeks before you had yours done, and her eyelashes fell out the next day. Please could you ask her to call me, she should have come back and we could have helped resolve issue.

  Regarding the phone use, we have a strict no phone policy in salon so i would like to know who carried out you treatment and the day you came in as we do not tolerate staff using phones whilst at work. I will be having a meeting regarding this as I do not tolerate any phone misuse. But what i find hard to understand is that no-one is allowed mobile phones on shop floor. There are signs clearly stating phone policy and so far no-one has ever broken it.

  Hi there,

  Sorry, I am not quite sure what your name is but I would be grateful if you could call me at the salon when i return from vacation. I was just checking my emails and noticed you were not happy, therefore, please could you call me upon my return.

  It would have been really helpful if you could have contacted salon to express concerns. However, not to worry I will hope to resolve issue upon return from hopliday (on wed 10 Jan)

  Please note the hairdresser´s have carried out many brazilian blow dries. And the majority of people are happy.

  hopefully, we can correct any issues with your hair. And sorry to say but there is a charge for long or thick hair as stated on voucher.

  I just haven’t noticed a difference and I feel it’s a waste of £85.
  Oh I understand about the charge, I was happy to pay it as my hair is long, but I only find it annoying as there was no point.

  I am the manager, and i strongly disagree with your comments. would like to point out the following facts.

  When you came to the salon, you had been given a treatment of waxing on the face area, whereby you had said that wax had scared your chin area. I believe you had your treatment on a Thursday and came in on the Sunday to make a complaint.

  If clients have any problems or irritation, they normally call the same day or a day later. When you came in and spoke to the therapist you demanded 5 free sessions of IPL which cost more than £500.

  I had made arrangements for you to come in a speak to the therapist who had carried out your treatment. Unfortunately, i had the flue, and i did my best to try to resolve the problem. I even called you whilst i was in bed sick to help resolve the issue.

  When you came in to see the therapist to make complaint, I would like to point out that you did tell the therapist that you had dry skin around the chin area and that you had been peeling the area’s. The therpist advised not to do this as it could scar the area.

  If you would like me to call you to try to help resolve this problem, please do not hesitate to call me.

  I can assure you that that the therapist that carried out your treatment is highly qualified. She has carried out waxing treatments on a daily basis and has many regular clients for waxing and other beauty treatments. The therapist has more than 10 years and she has never ever had a complaint of this nature before.

  I do hope we can resolve this issue in a amicable manner.

  Hello Shah,

  It’s very funny how you reply so promptly when i publicise your incompetence online but you cant respond to me otherwise.

  may i highlight the errors in your above comment as you seem to have a very vague recollection of events.

  i came in for my treatment on 21/12/2012 which was a saturday – i was back in the salon within 24 hours to complain.

  secondly, i did not say that my chin was dry, your beautician did, which i disagree with. this was a way of excusing her mistake!

  thirdly, you claim that you called me whilst in bed sick – i have NOT received ONE phone call from you!

  Fourthly, the therpaist has several complaints against her and if you need testimonials, i can gladly arrange for these to be made public too.

  I have tried to resolve this issue with you without success hence why i have taken other measures!

  Once again – i would recommend potential clientele to stay away from your salons!

  I do not think it would be very professional of me to continue this matter. However, you clearly demanded 5 laser treatment sessions which we could not offer you. You are making accusations which could be deemed as “slander”. I therefore urge you, to call me to resolve this in an amicable manner. Otherwise, i would have no other option but to seek legal action to protect the reputation of the business. There are many statements which have made which are not true.

  You have not mentioned many other things which i have done/offered to help you. Once again, I am very sorry but we cannot offer you 5 free laser sessions.

  Firstly i have never ‘demanded’ 8 sessions of IPL – i made a suggestion and asked you to come up with an alternative.

  I have made NO accusations and all the statements i have made are FACTS!

  The only thing that you have done to ‘help’ me is offer me 2 free sessions of threading despite me telling you that i react to this. I think you should reconsider the use of the word ‘help’ and ‘slander’.

  Please do seek legal action if you feel that you have a case – that way our solicitors can liaise with eachother so that i no longer have to correspond with you!

  In all of this, you could have called me, as i would have expected but instead you respond to me via this site – to try and protect your ‘business’. it just goes to show what kind of a business man you really are!

  Shah, I’ve been to your salon to use the tanning facilities and was treated very poorly by the woman at the front counter. The tanning bed was dirty, as was the room.
  I am a lawyer and, for the sake of your business, I suggest you refrain from throwing the term ‘slander’ around. If the woman who wrote this review is telling the truth, and I suspect she is, you would do well not to accuse her of breaking the law.

  Sorry to hear you did not have a good experience. Could you please tell me the day or date you went to salon. Could you also please describe person that served you.

  I am currently away on holiday, and i am very disapointed to hear you have not had a good experience. If you could kindly call me upon my return (10 Jan 13) I would be really grateful.

  I personally to try to ensure clients feel welcome and comfortable. Therefore, please allow me to apologise on behalf of the person that served you. There is clearly a training isssue.

  Regarding the sunbeds, they are very busy and clients are advised to clean sunbeds before using them. Santazing spray is provided in the room. Tissue is also given. The sunbeds do get extremly busy due to the quality and strengh. Therefore, its always advisable to clean them before you use them. I guess we could put a sign up. Thank you for highlighting this.

  In defense of the salon, yes, you are right that the therapist’s first language is not English. However, I would like to point out that you arrived 20 mins late and the beauty therapist still carried out his treatment. This meant that other appointments were delayed as a result.

  She did her best in the little time she had left to carry out the facial but she was under pressure to finish due to other appointments.

  Please note the products we use are from a range of professional products. We do not compromise the quality of our products as we try our very best to ensure clients are satisfied.

  Furthermore, most other salons would not have not carried out the treatment at all in such little time. We are sorry to hear you were not pleased. However, on this occasion we do not feel the salon was to blame.

  Additionally, the salon has now carried out in the region of 200 group on facials and the vast majority of clients have been satisfied. Many clients have re-booked for facials and returned for other treatments

  Further to your complaint. I have now been able to speak to both persons that had dealt with you on the day.
  I can confirm the water was changed in the morning. However, I would like to point out that once a facial has been carried out the water begins to look murky. (Similar to the water of a kettle after it has been boiled).
  Regarding, the additional charge. This was wrongly taken and you are entitled to this money back as the person carrying out your treatment is new and she got confused with another offer we have currently.
  Furthermore, I will also be addressing the customer service issue as cusotmer service is one of our main priorites and should not be compromised.

  Once again I personally am very sorry to hear you have not had a positve experience.

  Please call me at the salon to obtain your refund.
