To whom it may concern. I’m worried about the standard of sandwiches made by your staff. As I’m going to ingest these products I would expect them to be of the highest quality. The bread you make is lovely it’s a shame the sandwiches aren’t up to par. Unfortunatley your staff seem uninterested in taking pride in there work which worries me as there lackadaisicalness front of house doesn’t bode well. Ie. If they are blatantly uncaring about the products they serve how ate they at washing there hands and other general hygiene concerns ??? Most of the staff look like they would rather be doing something else and your made to feel like they are doing you a favour by slinging some products in a bread bun ( not always the products you ask for ) unless your one of the local coppers and then suddenly there tone changes. Weird in’it ? So unfortunately this is not a good review but I hope you will take this opportunity to improve the standard of food served. I would love to start using may local bakers again and to be served by staff who are happy to help and who make sandwiches that I want to eat and not throw straight in the bin. I am not usually a fan of “chain bakers” but a couple of items sold by this shop are of particular note. Firstly the Doorstep sandwiches with the usual breakfast fillings are very good. Also, for lunch, the Roast Beef with onions and Horseradish is one of the best sandwiches I have had.
