I called Empire and even though I had to wait for my appointment it was well worth the wait. I can see why they are so busy. Their standard of service is excellent. My car looks better now than it did when I picked it up from the showroom. Their attention to detail is absolutely spot on and I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Thanks for the great job on my headlight restoration. The guys spent longer then planned making the job perfect. The lights look as good as new.

Having spent 80K on this car last year, I like it clean and sparkling, but time does not enable me to do this myself and I now refuse to deal with my dealers’ call centre. This is the first time I have used Empire (or indeed any mobile valeting company) rather than my usual motor dealer. They respond personally and they valeted my car today to an exceptional, showroom standard and on my doorstep, so to speak. In particular, I found Gary & Louise who arrived on time, enthusiastic, hard-working and (important for me) completely honest/trustworthy. it was also nice to meet Gary, who evidently enjoys and cares about his work. I will certainly use you again thank you.

Waste of time. They rescheduled 4 times before a no show on the fifth. The first 2 were out of their control and I was put out but understanding of the last minute cancellation. The third was a no show where they claimed they had placed the wrong date in the diary. The next was another no show where I waited around half of Saturday again. With hindsight I should have given up here but wasted another week when they agreed to reschedule for the following Friday. Presumably Louise had no intention of actually turning up to this and merely wanted to waste my time as they ceased to answer my calls when I tried to find out where they were on Friday.

You might have better luck but I wouldn’t bother if you want it done reasonably promptly.

I have been using Empire since 2009. I will only let them valet my car. Their service is superb and the value for money that you get is excellent. I throughly reccomend them to everyone who cares about their car.
