would never go back! seriously over priced for the results you get! I went in for a full head of highlights in there llandudno salon the girl did one row of foils along my parting then dissapeared along with everyone else in the salon! half an hour later a young trainee comes along and said she was there to wash my hair! I asked where the girl had gone and she said "oh she's on her lunch break!" I explained I was booked in for a full head and she said i was only booked in for half, I wouldnt of minded but I must of only had 5 foils in my hair which to me isnt even quater! I gave up arguing and the girl then washed my hair and again left me sat there on my own, she finally re-appeared so I asked if she was going to dry it or atleast brush it? to which she replied "oh that costs extra!" with that I got my things and went to pay, and there came the next shock they still charged me full price! I reluctantly payed and left! I went home and dried my hair that looked no different to before my trip to clinton james and then went to complain to clint him self in the junction salon, im pleased to say they to were in dissbelief about the way I was treated and with that they offered me a full head of highlights free of charge, wich i obviously accepted (and they actually brushed, dried and straightened my hair) clint needs to take a good look at his staff as half of them care more about the way they look then there clients! the girl that did my hair went on to be a mobile hairdresser who yet again ruined someones hair, she used a bleach that doesnt take long to work on a full head of highlight, half way through my friends head was burning so the girl left my friend to take it out her self! her hair was so badly damaged it fell out!! the girls name is kerry so be warned if you ever come across her!!
