Really good experience.

The agent who was asigned to us, Priscilla Aidoo, did a terrific job for us.
She was really professional, highliting all the strong points of all the apartments she showed to us, knowing our needes and reacting quick when the appropiate apartment became available for us.
We are really happy with our choice and hope that this great customer service continues during the whole lenght of our contract.

I used Morgan Randall to view a few apartments in Canary Wharf. I dealt with Ryan Chuck. Ryan showed a selection of well chosen properties that were specific to my requirements, was very knowledgeable about all of the properties and the area in general. My dealings with the whole team were very impressive, and I would like to pay particular compliments to the lettings manager, Paul Read, who was very efficient and professional in all dealings I had with him. We were looking for a flat to rent in the Balham/Clapham area but had a price limit that we had to keep to. After trying several agencies unsuccessfully we approached Morgan Randall and were pleased that they seemed to get that we simply had a fixed price and did not try to show us things that exceeded that (wasting our time and theirs). Mellika was very helpful and informative and kept us up to date with our search. Unfortunately at the moment there is nothing available to suit our needs but she has promised to be in touch as soon as there is.

I am looking to make a move to Canary Wharf in the near future. I looked at numerous properties from numerous estate agents in the area. Aurelijus at Morgan Randall was, without question, the best estate agent I had show me around. I can't speak highly enough of him and the professionalism of Morgan Randall (one of the other estate agents we saw arrived forty five minutes late for a viewing. Not good). Aurelijus helped me to decide on the apartment block I want to move to, by showing me numerous different buildings, and was incredibly helpful throughout. Great estate agents to use if you are looking at areas they deal with.

Even if you don't see suitable properties on their site or Rightmove, for example, it's worth giving them a call as I found out that often properties come and go extremely quickly because they have a waiting list of people interested in certain types of lettings. My advice is give them a call.

Morgan Randall manage my property and Rachael is my property manager. Unforeseen to me and morgan randall the tenant decide that they wanted to move out 2 months into the tenancy for a silly reason. Rachael handled it fantastically. She did her best to help to mitigate my loss. It could have been a lot worse if it had been handled badly.

Quite expensive agency. I used the for flat getting. They are reallllllllllyyyy slow to reply by emails. But responses quality is good. Warning: their sales agent are telling complete nonsense and they know nothing about the flat you are going to visit.
