I came across Morgan Randall when looking to move to the Wandsworth area. Gary was my contact from the Balham branch and he was great. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me round some great places within my price range. A friendly, helpful service I would recommend them!

While peering through the window of Morgan Randall, Ross Sinnema spotted us and our desperation-riddled faces, already jaded with our property search. He invited us in, asking if we were looking for a property to rent and, once inside, lifted our spirits, giving us a renewed energy for the hunt and lots of examples of what he had to offer in the area we were looking. Unlike other agents, he listened to what we actually needed and took time and energy to show us some really gorgeous properties, including negotiating with the landlords to achieve a let within our measly budget. I would gladly recommend Ross to anyone looking in the Balham area - his tenacity, good nature, and incredible optimism were just what we needed.

I am in the process of moving in with some old uni friends so have been in contact with Mel at Morgan Randall in Balham. She has been genuinely great and has even been in contact with us to ensure we are still looking. We have been on a few viewings but are still weighing up what area we want to live in. Mel has demonstrated patience given that no conclusions have been reached yet. A nice friendly approach.

Having my property on the market for over a month with another local agent. I phoned Morgan Randall and spoke with Ashley, after taking my details he visited my property to conduct a valuation. At this point I could go on, needless to say Morgan Randall let my property within a few days, securing a fantastic tenant from their corporate lettings department. Job done. Fantastic service from start to finish - I look forward to working with both Ashley and Morgan Randall estate agents in the future.

I am towards the end of the process of renting a property through Morgan Randall. I'm dealing with Ellis and he has been genuinely brilliant - by far the best estate agent I've ever come across, and I've dealt with a far few. He is very professional, reassuring and a nice guy - and actually wants to help find a suitable property, instead of just any property. The only issue I'd raise is Morgan Randell's fees, which like all London agents are pretty steep - but this is more an industry-wide comment. I will definitely try to use Ellis again, and would highly recommend him.

I would highly reccommend Ellis from Morgan Randall's Balham Branch. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout our property search. Ellis found us a great property which matched our requirements. He made the whole process very easy and stress free. I will defintely speak to Ellis when looking for my next property.

Great performance from start to finish, very attentive and quick to respond to any query’s. Managed to get a great property for me and my wife with no fuss, I Strongly recommend Daniel from the Balham branch, he dealt with us all the way and I never had a doubt in his professionalism.

I dealt with Daniel in Morgan Randall Balham, he had come over to work from there Canary Wharf office. Im not too sure what it is but he has done some good things to turn that office around. I had a easy a professional time with him looking for a property, we managed to secure a great place for a shockingly good price.
