A National Trust property close to Grantham and on the main Number 1 Bus Route, thus making it an ideal day out for anyone who is a member of the National Trust and also has a bus pass. The house itself is large with lots of rooms open to the public and on occasion these include the kitchens. There is also an adventure playground which the children all seem to enjoy. Finally I shouldn’t forget the cafes as no visit to a National Trust property is ever complete without a cup of tea and a slice of cake.
Massive gorgeous house! Worth the money to visit

Large country house set in beautifully manicured gardens. There's also a tearoom/café and gift shop.
National Trust members gain free admission, otherwise it's £9 for adults to acess the house, garden, park and playground or £7 for the grounds only.
