The Rivington is a local institution. Its food is occasionally fantastic, and always pretty good.
The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed, and has little quirks to it like neon obscenities written on the wall in reversed writing (so you can only read in a mirror).
The staff make it. They’re so gently attentive.
Perfect for a meal with a few friends, or a date, or a business meal.

This is a nice little place to eat, the menu is simple but the food is and quality of ingredients are really good. I ate salmon and it was superb! The inside is smart and the service is good. The person with me enjoyed it so much that they took another friend two nights later - he said steak is the way forward...
