my lap top crashed and the screen broke.
this laptop repair centre fixed my problems and were also the cheapest that i could find beacause i rang a few.
my lap top was ready and fixed the same day which is good because p c world said they would take 2 weeks.
the staff were helpful and we had a laugh about how i broke the lap top.

I'm a manager for a well recognised corporation in the West Midlands. Although my experience is vast, I am not perfect.

We had a serious, critical problem with some of our IT equipment earlier this year, preventing a lot of staff from accessing network resources. This seriously adversly affected efficiency of the company.

Conceptex aren't too far from me, and I've bought from them before so I gave them a call to ask their advice.

Before you could snap your figures, I had their top technician working with my at my workplace to resolve the problem. There was no faffing, legal BS, contracts etc. We got the problem sorted in the end (thanks Lee) and I don't think I could have done it without them.

Fantastic service - and their true, sincere interest was getting the network sorted. They really put theirselves out for me and I'm very grateful.

Friendly staff, good prices and excellent repair times.

These guys know what they're talking about and get the job done.

2nd hand laptop prices are brilliant too, especially in this economy.

I had my laptop fixed here. It did not take that long and it wasnt too expensive. if your laptop is broken, they can fix it here.
