Nice, beautiful, stylish hotel, recently opened.
I went there to have breakfast on a Saturday. They offer a breakfast buffet, which looks good: They do offer fresh fruit, cereals, hot buffet (scrambled eggs, mushrooms, ...), croissants, juices, fish.... a lot.
However, I found service a bit slow. We ordered coffee, which was brought rather quickly, but we had to wait a while to have some milk and sugar.
Also at the buffet, items were currently missing (like the milk for the cereals), and the service team did not seem to realise until a guest told them. Seems a bit unprofessional to me, especially considering that it was not opened long ago and that guests do pay considerable price (around 45 CHF)
