The vets here were absolutely terrified of my cat, which can't be good!! Yes he's a little grumpy & sensitive but come on your vets and he's ill and agrovated! They must see it everyday... Strange. They seem very caring genuinely and I beleive they really are passionate about what they do, but I have noticed they add things to your bill that they think you need that you don't really need without properly discussing it with you. You Just get charged and then stare at the bill with a sick feeling. Last time I went in they said let me give you some special food for your cat to try, then when I got home I realised I had been charged about a tenner for the so called special food that my cat wouldn't touch. It would be better if they said can I interest you in this foodd? listed the benefits then gave a price. (just seems sneaky the other way) I go somewhere else now, my cat tries to scratch the new vet but the Vet isn't scared of the cat at all.

Care, compassion and superb customer service. We always feel welcome when we visit the practice and nothing is too much trouble. The vets, nursing and reception staff are friendly and clearly committed to their work
