Review of cafecafe from 19 January 2013

I was the one who insisted to have a take away, as we never made to have any dine in, on that busy Saturday noon. My two charming cavaliers waited faithfully in the car across the street, as there was no way to come in and have a seat in that venue, so I did my best to pick the right stuffs home. After some tiny little chaos between the staffs, I left the hectic and carried the cake bag home filled with:

Carrot Cheesecake - I won my darling's heart once again.
New York Cheesecake - what a refined and generous piece!
Apple Cheesecake - less in size but bigger in flavor

As a little surprise and for the sake of our latest trip to Lisbon the other day, I took a Pastel de Belém (Pastéis de Nata) which turned to be a nice copy of the one we got in Belém.

We gonna surely come back! Maybe for some nice cuppa Coffee and Hot Chocs with delish breads and mighty yummy cakes.

Review of cafecafe from 4 January 2011

Love this place!
Great sandwich selection, cakes and most importantly great Breakfast options.
Cafe is excellent and the smoothies are fantastic.
It has seating both inside and outside.
It can be crowded on weekends but it´s worth the wait.

I have to agree with above review.. Too bad they are closed on Sundays.

Review of cafecafe from 3 February 2009

One of the best small coffee shops in town. Regardless whether you are looking for a quick snack or a somewhere to read your favourite book - cafecafe is the place to go. The coffee variations are excellent, the staff very friendly and the atmosphere is the casual mix of the Aachener Str. artsy types and the usual urban crowd. Too bad they are closed on Sundays!
