I have had cause to use North London Mac Support on three occasions and I have nothing but good things to say: knowledgeable, helpful, honest and just really nice people to do business with. They tell you what they are going to do, they do it, and then they get back to you, always at the time specified. On one occasion, I phoned with a problem which they diagnosed on the phone, and gave me the solution . . . and charged me nothing. This seems fairly typical of their integrity and determination to get repeat customers and good references. It's always daunting looking for a repairs company you can trust off the internet. When my Mac stopped taking power late one afternoon last week I needed to get it fixed quickly. After looking at a few sites, I opted for North London Mac Support, keeping my fingers crossed that I'd made a good choice.... Within seconds of leaving a message I'd been called back, the fault was diagnosed & price quoted. I dropped my Mac off with Lisa & Phil at their home workshop at 7pm and it was ready for collection at 8.30am the next day. The price was competitive, the service personal & friendly and the work guaranteed for 3 months. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I wish all service was as good as this.

North London Mac support has helped me greatly... I was very very immpressed with their customer service.. as well as honesty. I got the feeling that these people are not so concerned with money as with getting customers back.. which means GREAT service. The advice I was given was spot on ..........
The prices are wonderful .I would have payed through the nose if I had Apple fix my system.. They saved me a bundle as well.. I will never use another Mac technician for my system ... They have me as a lifer,,,, 5 Stars to North London Mac Support.
