The Beauty Room

Just had an amazing facial waxing and threading at The Beauty Room. lovely rooms, great staff, relaxed but busy atmosphere. great special offers too. can recomend to everyone. 

Contrary to the other review, The Beauty Room has undergone major refurbishment and now looks amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Beauty Clinic is actually within the HWS salon. However, it is not crazily cramped or so. Yes, during busy hours the place is full but why shouldn’t it!. It is an amazing Beauty Spa and definitely deserves much more praise then the hyped up Oxygene Clinic which in my honest opinion, actually smells of, rather i say feces instead of ****! The girl who done my facial was extremely gently and nice. She was informing me of every step she was going to do in comparison to the other spa’s where the people think they are the be-all-know-all’s of beauty! In short, it is an amazing beauty spa and any one of you who have any reservation, I ask you to try it out because I promise you it will be a great experience!

Just the most awful wax experience ever! Really dingy beauty rooms at the back which are having work done, cold, damp and falling apart.

But the worst part was the bikini wax which was terrible – the skin wasnt stretched and the cheap wax left me red sore and covered in rash.

The staff are friendly enough but pretty unprofessional – with no one coming to the reception when I first came in.

The whole place is cramped- nails being painted next to hair being washed. feels like the Macdonalds of beauty salons.

If it was £10 I could understand- but at £29 you’d be better off finding somewhere else!
