Booked a Spa package through KGB - NEVER GOING TO USE KGB EVER AGAIN! I THOUGHT GROUPON WERE BAD! ARE THEY ALL JUST AS BAD AS EACH OTHER?
I went in to the Caledonian Road site [feeling very achy and sore] and was greeted by Cat, who offered me a cup of tea with a smile - well done and thank you Cat.
Steph then gave me a facial, body massage and finally a back scrub. Very good hands indeed! Left feeling light and energised again.
Very polite, friendly and professional service both from Cat on the reception desk and Steph.
By the way the glass of champagne and chocolate that should be mine, I have given to Steph, Cheers and thank you again Steph.

I have Rated this Hair Dressers 1 Star For the following reasons.
The staff are not that friendly , and are so miserable . When one walks in , they don't bother greeting you or bother saying hello . They don't bother acknowledging you .
They also don't bother asking what type of service you would like , and do not even bother asking how you are or anything like that.
I went for a cut there a little while ago , and they guy hair dresser is so miserable .
I walked in and said hello to him as he was the first point of contact because he is placed , right by the front door , but no reply .
I'm pretty sure , he heard me , but , did not even bother replying back , as I was only a couple of feet away from him .
So now, I sat down in the waiting area and waited until someone says something or asks me why the hell I am sitting there .
For all they know I could be anyone and have , just come in to sit down for the day .
So next a lady come's up to the front desk form the back , and I thought she might be the one to book people in but , again , she did not even bother saying anything . Its like them and the customer being psychic .
I finally got called over by the guy Hair Dresser  , as he automatically assumed that I wanted my Hair cut from Him . ( I think  the guy there cuts Men's Hair only ) 
He started to cut my Hair but not the way I wanted it cut (He is not that good) . Seems to me that , he is the type of Guy that thinks he knows it all . 
Maybe I will give them a couple of more tries as this was my first time , but , if they are the same next time round , I will simply take my business elsewhere .
I would like to to call them a bunch of jokers but that makes them sound a bit happy go lucky , if you know what I mean .
Unfortunately that is not the case .
The staff are so miserable and full of themselves and they have simply got an attitude problem .
Looks like they don't want be there , if that's the case , they should move on .

I have been going there for a few years now. Very reasonably priced, nice friendly staff, good stylists and a nice environment. Located within a minutes walk from Redbridge tube station.

This place is the best for haircuts! You can get just a wash and cut if your on budget or a wash cut and blow dry if you prefer! They do lovely hair straightning and also curling if your going to any special do! They cut mens hair aswell! Relaxing hair washes and lovely cuts! all the hairdressers are professional, make you feel at ease and design the whole time around your needs. Theres magazines and also banter to keep you entertained! at the end of the day though great prices for a good haircut!
